Newark Community Day Demo pleased crowd of over 10,000 visitors on Sunday, September 14th, 2008 

On Sunday, September 14, 2008, our schools, Sun Taiji Quan School and Shaolin Martial Monks School performed Taiji, Xing Yi, Bagua, and Gong Fu demos for the over 10,000 person crowd at Newark Community Day on the Campus of University of Delaware.  Many people showed support and expressed interest in martial arts.  Click the picture above to view our photo page.

Our Martial Arts Demonstration on Saturday & Sunday June 21st & 22nd at the Chinese Festival was a Great Success! 

For an enthusiastic audience, Shaolin Martial Monks School and Sun Taiji Quan School performed Martial Arts Demonstrations at the 2008 Chinese Festival in Hockessin, Delaware.  This year included some of our younger students, including Jalen, Dare, Maive, Joey, Jessie, Nishaanth, Neeharika, some of our advanced students, and instructors.  This was our 10th consecutive year at this festival.  Click this link for complete information www.ChineseFestival.org

World Tai Chi Day on Sunday April 27th 2:00 PM - University of Delaware at Old College - was a great success.

On Sunday, April, 27th at 2:00 PM, at the University of Delaware - Old College,

 we celebrated World Tai Chi Day.  Despite some questionable weather, the turn-out was great, as Master Sun and students demonstrated various Tai Chi forms, shared philosophy on Tai Chi and enjoyed each other's company.  A fun time was had by all.

 Shaolin Marital Monks School Wins 4-GOLD, 1-SILVER and 3-BRONZE Medals at North Eastern Kung Fu Championship Tournament

On September 29th, 2007 Tim Duhe, Jason Swanson, Dan Homa, Milton Tan and Aaron Holm competed at the Wong Fei Hung North Eastern Kung Fu Championships in Jersey City, New Jersey.  The decision to compete was made one week before the competition.  With less than a week to prepare, hard practice and time well spent paid off by our team winning a variety of categories and bringing home 4-Gold, 1-Silver and 3-Bronze Medals to our participant's honor, the honor of our school and the great teaching of our Shifu, Master Zhen Kang Sun.
